Who we are

sofiastagdo.co.uk is run by MintMarketing LLC, 75 East 3rd Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, the same business behind sofia-stag-do.com. For anything about your data, email stagdosofia@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your plan. The stag do you put together in the builder (group size, dates, activities, hotel, and the stag's name if you add one) lives in the link to your proposal. It stays in your browser until you send it to us.
• What you send us. When you press "Send to my planner" we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, any message, and the plan.
• Visit statistics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. It records things like the page, the referring site, country and device type.

What we use it for

To reply to you, check availability for your dates and organise your stag do. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (UK and EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f)) for the visit statistics.

Who it goes to

• Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the analytics.
• Resend delivers the proposal you send to our planners' inbox.
• If you book, the venues, drivers and hotels that need your details to deliver the weekend.

Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses they offer. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to plan and deliver your trip, plus whatever period tax and accounting law requires for bookings.

This site sets no cookies. The analytics are cookieless.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing stagdosofia@gmail.com. In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
